Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working — security, load balancing, your cookie choice itself. Analytics cookies measure page performance anonymously. Preference cookies remember settings like language and currency display.

What cookies this site uses, why, and how to switch them off — including the banner choices you make on the homepage.

Cookies are small files the site stores on your device to keep pages fast, remember preferences and measure how guests use the site. This page lists what we use and what each one does.
1. The cookies we use
2. Third-party cookies
Embedded services (the Google Maps frame on our contacts page, font CDNs) may set their own cookies under their own policies — we do not control these.
3. Your consent
On the homepage a banner asks your choice — Accept or Decline. Your answer is stored in local storage under 'cookies-accepted' and respected until you change it via browser settings or a fresh visit.
4. How to control cookies
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies: Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all carry the setting under Privacy. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break parts of the site; the rest will still work.
5. Cookie duration
Session cookies expire when the browser closes; preference cookies persist up to 12 months; analytics cookies up to 24 months — all in line with common industry defaults.
6. Do Not Track
We respect browser 'Do Not Track' signals by limiting non-essential cookies where the signal is present.
7. Changes to this policy
This page updates when our cookie use changes; the 'Updated' line at the top shows the latest revision.
8. Contact
Questions about cookies: [email protected] or +61 3 9292 6868 — or via the contact form.
