Terms of Use

Terms of Use

The rules for using australianinn.com and for staying at the resort — bookings, conduct on the floor, and the small print made readable.

Updated March 2026 Australian Inn Melbourne Pty Ltd

By using this website or booking with Australian Inn Melbourne you accept these terms. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Website use

Content on this site is for personal, non-commercial use. Rates, availability and offers shown are indicative until confirmed by the reservations team in writing.

2. Bookings & rates

A booking is confirmed on written confirmation and the required deposit or card hold. Rates include GST unless stated; seasonal and event premiums apply and are always shown at booking. Details are on our rates page.

3. Casino entry & conduct

Gaming areas are restricted to guests 18+ with valid photo ID. The house may refuse entry or service where conduct, intoxication or self-exclusion status requires it. Responsible-play obligations are described in our gaming FAQ.

4. House rules

Smoke-free indoors under Victorian law; pets under 15 kg in designated rooms only; quiet hours on residential floors after 22:00; damage is charged to the registered guest.

5. Events & group bookings

Weddings, galas and summits are governed by individual event contracts — deposit schedules, minimums and cancellation terms are set in the event agreement rather than these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The site design, copy and imagery belong to Australian Inn Melbourne Pty Ltd. Press and media use requires written consent from the communications office.

7. Liability

Nothing here excludes consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. Beyond that, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law — valuables should use the in-room safes or the desk's deposit service.

8. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; the current version is always this page. Questions go to [email protected] or +61 3 9292 6868.
