Ten ways we look after you
Every service below is run in-house by our own teams — no third-party desks, no "we'll get back to you." Pick what you need, or hand the whole stay to the concierge.

If it is legal and it makes your stay better, the concierge will find a way. Ask us.
Ask ConciergeBuild a day, we'll run it
Pick a block per part of the day and a named concierge owns the schedule — timings, bookings and the car in between.
Morning
Sunrise laps in the river pool, then breakfast on the terrace or a private market walk with the sous-chef.
Midday
Heli-transfer to a Yarra Valley estate, or a slow lunch at the chef's counter — your call by 10 am.
Evening
The hydrothermal circuit at golden hour, followed by dinner and a reserved salon table.
Night
Skydeck stargazing or a nightcap in the fireside library — the house keeps late hours for you.

Your concierge: R. Whitfield
Eleven years on the desk. Knows which table at which hour — and which shortcut when the city closes a bridge.
Arrive how you mean to stay
Luggage goes ahead of you either way — it is in the suite before you are.
Book a TransferThe wedding, minus the logistics
Ceremony on the river terrace, reception in the ballroom, after-party in the supper club. One producer owns the day from rehearsal to the last dance.
Vows above the promenade
Ceremonies seat up to 120 guests; receptions to 400 in the ballroom.

Book a wing, not a room
Adjoining suites merge through connecting doors into a private floor — your own lift, your own team, your own rules.
Wing configurator
Tell us how many rooms and how much separation you need — families, boards and diplomatic parties configure differently.

Your phone is the room key
Check in on the plane, walk straight to the suite. Curtains, climate, service chat and valet — one app, no desk queues.
- NFC room key — door opens on approach
- Live chat with your host, 24/7
- One-touch valet — car at the entrance when you are
Kids' club without a single screen
Marine biology on the riverbank, herb picking on the terraces, stargazing with the astronomer. Ages 4–12, supervised by accredited educators.

River detectives
Nets, magnifiers and a very patient marine biologist, 9–11 am daily.

Garden kitchen
Pick, cook, plate — a real chef's whites and a real lunch, 2–4 pm.

Night sky club
Constellations and cocoa on the skydeck, Fridays 8 pm.
Healthy kids' menus in all restaurants
The Australian Inn hamper
Our olive oil, terrace honey and the bath linen guests always try to buy.
Take the resort home
The lobby boutique stocks what we actually use — grove olive oil, pasella honey, the 600-thread linen and the lobby's cedar candle.
We ship worldwide — order at checkout or from home later.
How the desk works
One request covers everything — the concierge coordinates across departments so you never have to book the same evening twice.
Message the DeskSpa, dining and the chef's counter are best booked 3–7 days out; heli-transfers need 24 hours' notice. The concierge can often work miracles on shorter fuses — ask anyway.
Yes — restaurants, the spa circuit, cabanas and tastings are open to outside guests with a booking. Suites and members' salons are reserved for in-house guests and members.
Morning sessions are complimentary for in-house guests; afternoon sessions carry a A$35 charge including lunch. All educators hold current childcare accreditation.
Heli-tours of the Twelve Apostles, Yarra Valley wine days, private boxes at the MCG — if it happens in Victoria, the concierge can probably get you there.
